Payment Methods We Accept

Madame Molly's accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Check Cards, E-checks, and payments directly from your bank account through PayPal . If you prefer to mail payment, we accept money orders and cashier's checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. We do not currently accept personal or business checks.

Sales Tax Requirements

Businesses selling over the Internet are subject to the same sales tax collection requirements as any other retailers. Madame Molly's charges Az state taxes for every sale.

Shipping

Madame Molly's includes the cost of shipping in the base price of every product. You will not be charged a seperate price for shipping... At this time Madame Molly's does not ship internationally.

Returns Policy

Despite our best efforts, we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with a purchase you make online. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us right away; we certainly want to help you.
You may return most items sold byMadame Molly's within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in salable condition, with all original materials and packing. We cannot accept returns of certain items, including herbs and potions.
Exchanges and returns should be insured. Madame Molly's takes no responsibility for exchanges and returns which have been lost in the mail.

Refund Policy

We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

We do not rent, exchange, or sell our customer information to anyone. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order.
